She pulled some paint colors and then gave me another suggestion of cutting the original paint color by a certain percentage. I have very high windows, and in the summer, the heat that they allow in is tremendous. However, I needed whatever I covered them with to be motorized because I can't begin to reach them, and I didn't want long chains or roses hanging down. I got estimates from a couple of places, and Tina had a beautiful rolling shade for a lot less than the other places. They are now hung, are gorgeous, and do what I need them to do. Prompt. Efficient. Accurate. Loyal. Genuine. What word doesn't describe Paul and Noni from the Blind Spot?

I'd been curious about window treatments for a while and fell in love with the solar/roller shades I've seen around town. Perhaps they are "slightly commercial" for a residence, but I truly appreciate how simple, clean, and easy they are.

When I saw that Costco was offering a 10% cash back card for Graber blinds by clicking an online link to a free local estimate, I decided why not? Surely enough the Blind Spot contacted me immediately to check out my windows and throw out some estimates and see samples of various coverings. They also assured me that there was NO pressure what-so-ever and that I could think about it.

After the estimate came through via e-mail the next morning, I was blown away by the price per window that I decided to do ALL seven of my windows.

About two weeks later the shades arrived and Paul and Noni were more than ready to install on a Saturday evening. It only took them about 20-30 minutes. What a great team they are and so easy to talk to. It's almost like having friends or family in my house rather than strangers.

Paul had noticed one of the shades not working properly after the install. He assured me that he would order a replacement and install it when it came in. Low and behold a few days later the shade arrived. The Blind Spot contacted me immediately through text and e-mail to set up a time to install. Ding-dong, promptly at the time we set up they arrived, it took them 2 minutes to replace the wonky shade, but of course we chatted a bit about plants, cats, hot tubs, and Facebook Marketplace (I sold all of my old vinyl blinds online).

If you notice in the pictures, the roller shades look very sheer. They do let a ton of light in, I think I chose 10% opacity. However, in person they look a lot different. I also didn't get the covering at the top of the window because it brought the price down and I also really like how minimal and less bulky they look.

I've definitely been referring this company to friends and co-workers. They are by far an amazing team to work with!
