Holiday Inn Express & Suites Reno Airport

I had to come to Reno for a quick work conference meeting and I picked this Holiday Inn Express as I'm one of the IHG members and I get points with this chain. Plus, I've had good stays in the past at other locations.

Although the stay seems fine, the room was clean and everything worked including the WiFi, this neighborhood is a bit sketch. I'm glad I'm here just 1 night and outta here. I hope the rental car is OK in the lot. I saw other pics of car windows busted out here.

Breakfast was fine, all the same as all the other Holiday Inn Expresses I've stayed. The cinnimon rolls were scrumptious as usual! All my rewards points were posted fine , so that's good. If I have to stay in Reno again, I'll probably pick a different location, this place was just close to my meeting.

So I stayed here after I read some reviews and I must say I am slightly disappointed. During my check in, the experience was blah... the 2 women at the front desk weren't very pleasant. They barely said 2 words and didn't offer any information about the hotel like what time breakfast was, was there a gym, directions of any sort within the hotel, etc. The hotel itself was decent and clean for the most part. Room was also clean except for the strings of hair. There was strings of hair in 2 of my towels and hair in the shower wrapped around the faucet. I could see the hair clear as day so not sure why housekeeping couldn't or why they simply ignored it. If it wasn't for the hair/housekeeping and the two ladies at check in, I would stay here again because it's close to the airport. But no thanks...I won't be back.

Another great stay at this location! This time, I had two vehicles and a large trailer. There was ample parking for our rigs and the staff was very helpful in telling us where to park.

Good for family travels. This is my 4th time at this hotel so it is nice. Kids loves to breakfast spread.

There was a lot of breakfast options, the customer service and rooms were nice. I like how they have a indoor pool and a little concession area.

Traveled to Reno as a family for 2 days and this hotel was perfect. Located only a couple of miles from downtown Reno. I was concerned when I read a review about it being an unsafe area but i felt very safe here. It is right off of the interstate which is super convenient. Rooms clean and shower was excellent. Staff very friendly. Breakfast was great. Can't beat their cinnamon rolls. I would definitely recommend staying here.

This place is crap. It looks really nice, clean, and new, but the lights are flickering in the breakfast area, the doors on all the rooms squeak very loudly, and the construction is cheap and corners were cut. I picked this hotel for two reasons: they had guest laundry, and a good breakfast included. The breakfast was in fact good, so that's why I gave two stars instead of one. The laundry room however, was completely useless. I went to the front counter to buy laundry detergent and ask if there was a change machine. Not only was there no change machine, the drawer at the front desk had no quarters. A manager happened to arrive to work right at that moment, and she had no quarters either. There are at least a thousand hotels to choose from in Reno, NV. I will never stay at this one again.

Clean and breakfast was great. Breakfast opened at 6 am and had yogurt, waffle, pancakes, cereals, boiled and scrambled eggs, and bacon and more! There was an indoor hot tub and pool that were not fancy but perfect for kids and adults. In the rooms, the air-condition/heating unit a little loud - a little old school, but we were able to sleep through it. When we were there, they had Dove brand shampoo-conditioner-soap in bathrooms. Fridge (no freezer compartment) and microwave in the rooms. Pretty convenient being near the airport! We'd likely stay here again!

Immaculately cleaned hotel in every inch. Customer service is pleasant and helpful. Shuttles to the airport, request just 5 minutes prior to heading to the lobby. Breakfast is more than expected for this stay. There are computers and a printer with plenty of plug ins for sharing to charge any device.

I want to say that my experience at this hotel was great ... I was only there for 3 nights and the customer service was wonderful and very helpful. The hotel was very clean and the room was very clean and comfortable .. the breakfast in the morning was always fresh and delicious no complaints there ... there was always fresh hot coffee available day or night ... and if you had a sweet tooth they had cookies on ur way to ur room ... if in town again I would definitely stay here ... I give them a thumbs up
