This has been my go to dispensary for a while, as they have free same day delivery and are professional. They just instituted a nifty thing called Aeropay, where one can pay for the weed online like paypal or applepay. If you are sick of fumbling around for hundreds in cash and exact change, this is a godsend. Perhaps I can deduct weed on my taxes now. It is a health expense.

Has the best/biggest selection of 1g concentrates for 20 bucks. On top of that, if you're a first time customer, make sure you sign up for their app which gets you 15% off stackable coupon to use! Their industry discount was 10% so that was a great first trip to this dispensary. The budtender was super nice and their set up was super nice. The line wasn't too too long and they were pretty quick to get things moving. Will definitely be back again

I came into the store and purchased three different items for $50. The lady at the counter was very rude and was no help. She said, what do you want? Not knowing their product very well. I had several questions which she replied. Yes it's good. It's all good. She couldn't care less for my business so I will not be giving them my business any longer. Normally I find most similar shops are extremely helpful And courteous.

BUYER BEWARE....It's not the fact that they have additional fees they want to charge. It's the fact that they don't tell you until after you have requested a delivery. I made an order for $50.93. I spoke with the delivery driver over the phone. He told me it would be increased to $55.00. I was fine with that because I had already placed the order. When the delivery driver arrived I owed $58.00. I should have been aware of this amount before I requested delivery. It's the principal along with the fact that you don't know people's finances. To mislead them into thinking you are charging the amount online is wrong. I do not like spending money I don't expect to spend. I usually tip the delivery person, but not in this case. It left me feeling as if I was duped. I did not have a choice but to pay $58.00, I may not have felt it was worth the price, but I wasn't given that choice.

Jun 3, 2022Previous reviewI was charged for and I paid for a free pre-roll I didn't ask for. I was told I would get $50 off in free points on my next order. Now Sierra Wells won't honor their word and fix their mistake. They easily charged me and I paid! But they won't do what's right or fair. I'm sitting here waiting for a Manager to call...who I find out is not calling me back. I really cant believe this treatment ... This place is the worst when it comes to customer service....

I always return to this establishment for not just their quality weed but also their quality workers. LISA is a HUGE example of that. Every time I come in she is always going above and beyond to ensure the greatest customer service to every single person in front of her & even the ones around her. Do not go to Zen Lead if you are a Walk-In customer. You will be treat like garbage. You'll get stuck in line behind other recreational users who have pick up orders. Even though they have curb side pick, which where online should be serviced. I was clearly told by the cashier that I was not as valued as a online pick up. Obviously, they want online order and feel walk ins are not essential to their bottom line. And when I asked why I had to continue to wait while people just kept going in front. I was told if I didn't like I could leave then the cashier pointed to the door and saiid there's door, you can leave. I left..

And their bait and switch game continues. Order a product online and get a completely different product when you arrive. Of course the replacement product is less potent and garbage.

You walk in the person reads the THC from their screen. You open the package and get home and the THC percentage is ALWAYS lower than what they told you. Not just 1 percent. Often more than 5 percent.
