Sushi Sake

A hidden gem in The Row! We sat at the bar and ordered nigiri, sushi, and drinks - everything was so good! The Salmon Popper roll in particular was delicious. The martini was strong (not too strong), with just a touch of sweet. Great service - would recommend to anyone looking for a quick sushi fix!

My son and I ate the rainbow roll, sage roll and 12 pieces sashimi. We have diarrhea, throw up, stomach ache and fever. It ruined our vacation.

I always sit on the counter as the chef is very friendly and funny. We always have a fun time with the chef and people sitting next to us on the counter. It is very friendly atmosphere here.

And I love the sushi. Thick cut, small rice and fresh sashimi. Sake selection is descent. We like Kyoto sake and even took one bottle back to our room (they'll bag it up for you to take back to your room). Friendly service. I'll highly recommend to sit at the counter if you can.

We always make it a point to have dinner at Sushi Sake when we are in town to enjoy an amazing meal. The quality of the food is very good and at a great price. Winston is always welcoming and makes sure we have the best experience. We went on a Wednesday night so it was more quiet than usual which was nice. On the weekends it does tend to be very loud. Highly recommended if you want some tasty sushi in Reno!

Came here Saturday 6/24 and was seated quickly at the sushi bar.
After that no server came by to ask if we wanted drinks, appetizers, nor soup.
We ordered 2 rolls and one order of sashimi directly from the Sushi Chef.
I was informed that the deep-fried Godzilla roll was premade therefore I couldn't make a gosh substitution; this roll tasted stale and the fish was definitely over cooked; waste of a sushi roll and $; I do NOT recommend.
However the salmon popper roll was AMAZING!
Jalepenos, cream cheese, and seafood just go together.
I sure I could have eaten two salmon-popper rolls cause it was so good.
We also ordered a tuna sashimi which was fresh and yummy.
Eventually the area was packed once we were finished with our food and there was a wait to be seated by several parties.
We waited a good 10 minutes for a server to bring our bill.
I'm not knocked the servers on the wait as it seemed that they were also covering the Roxy Steakhouse.
Just be prepared to wait.
I'd come here again, and stick to the fresh rolls.

Fresh, amazing and great quality sushi in the middle of Eldorado. Seriously amazing sushi with great staff.

First time for sushi! Went with a friend who dines here often. Not sure what to expect, but willing to try.
Ok, that did it....I'm completely hooked! The chef was so friendly, the staff was busy but extremely helpful, pleasant and accommodating. Fun atmosphere!
Can't wait to return and branch out to a couple more menu options.

We ordered two rolls both rolls were fresh and delicious. The two sushi chefs had good vibes! I will definitely be back!

Such an awesome place to get sushi. Love the fun ambiance and friendly staff. The head sushi chef is my guy! So awesome and they will customize anything you want. Highly recommend this place and loved loved loved the hand roll! I'll be back...

I got the Crouching tiger and the Hulkbuster. I like the Crouching tiger more among the two.It is a cooked roll with shrimp,crab and avocado.
