I founded and ran The Alternative Board® (“TAB”) in Northern Nevada, working with business owners, presidents and CEOs to help them grow their businesses, increase profitability, and improve their lives. I brought leaders from non-competing industries into a group setting, similar to a board of directors, to help each other work on the problems, issues and opportunities that they face in their companies. In between monthly meetings I would provide one-on-one coaching to help them stay on track in pursuit of their goals. Members left each meeting energized, motivated and with solutions in hand.
