The Alzheimer's Association leads the way to end Alzheimer's and all other dementia — by accelerating global research, driving risk reduction and early detection, and maximizing quality care and support. Locally, we provide care, support and education services to the 49,000 people in our state who are living with Alzheimer's or dementia and the 50,000+ who are providing unpaid care for them. We are a 501c3 nonprofit and our services, which are offered at no cost, include funding for respite care, education classes, support groups and one on one care consultations. We can be reached 24/7/365 at 800-272-3900 or alz.org. We also raise funds to contribute to ground breaking research and work on the state and federal levels to advance Alzheimer's legislative priorities.
