Battle Born in Reno, NV, Danny Heinsohn celebrated his 10th year of remission from brain cancer by founding My Hometown Heroes, a national scholarship fund for college-bound cancer survivors. We are a non-profit 501(c)3 organization. Our mission is to help bridge the gap between cancer in college.
