I specialize in helping people re-train their negative self-talk, learn to set healthy boundaries in relationships, heal past and current trauma/negative experiences, as well as build self-worth, self-love and self-confidence which will help reduce anxiety, depression. OCD, ADHD and other issues that you maybe struggling with. I have current openings and offer in person and virtual sessions. My services are self pay only: Evaluation $200 and follow up sessions are $150. Tuesdays 10am-5pm; Wednesday through Thursday 10am-5:30pm.
