Together, bridging the gaps between medical education, research, and patient care. The ROC Foundation was founded by Dr. Timothy J. Bray after he published the book series “Techniques in Fracture Fixation”. Dr. Bray’s vision was to create a 501(c) 3 that would fill education need in medicine in our area. The ROC Foundation continues to strive to provide M.O.R.E: Musculoskeletal Outreach, Research and Education.
