MY journey began about 4 years ago. I went back and forth about wanting a swim spa. Earlier this year I went back in the show room in Sparks. I spoke with Kylie and Christina. So informed, Kylie gave me all the information to show my husband. She is so kind and helpful. Even gave me her cell to contact her with any questions. Long story short, we are now the proud owners of a 14ft Tidalfit swim spa. Jason W. was amazing he even came out on the weekend to answer some more of my husbands questions! The entire staff here is amazing! Not sure why I waited so long to make our dreams come true...I feel like a millionaire staring at the stars at night!

My husband and I have been shopping for a hot tub for over a year now. We have checked out probably every retailer that sells hot tubs in Reno and by far Creative Hot Tub Designs was the most affordable without sacrificing quality, functionality and design. We walked into their store just looking and did not expect to be purchasing that day. The selection and price was to good to pass up. Within 3 weeks our hot tub was being delivered. The owner and their employees were incredibly sweet and very informative. The guys who delivered it were great as well.

We have had our tub for about 2 weeks now and have been in it every single night. Temperature holds great too. Last night it was 105 degrees even though the temp set only goes up to 104 and it was 30 degrees outside when we got in. Insulation works amazing. Even after being in the tub 45 min in 30 degree weather the temperature only dropped 2 degrees. We love our new hot tub and are very happy with our decision to buy from Creative Hot Tub Designs.

Purchased a hot tub just after the beginning of the year, the sales team was awesome. Answered every question my wife and I had in a fair and honest way. After looking around I feel we got a pretty good deal and a quality hot tub compared to some we saw.
We decided on the weekly service since I am not yet in the area full time. Natasha and her team are always will to answer my questions and have taken care of any issue I have had. Weather it was real or what I thought was an issue. David does a great job of servicing the spa, and answering my dumb questions when I am there and see him.

At first they were a great company. Then, when you have a warranty issue and your equipment is not working as supposed to, they tell you there is no fix and try to sell you a $300 attachment that won't fix the issue, then they yell at you when you do research and find out there is a fix, then finally get an appointment to get the equipment fixed, they show up and walk in your fenced backyard without telling you they are there. Final straw is when you call the store to speak with the owner, the staff, yet again, are very rude.

My husband has been wanting a hot tub for a while, so we finally pulled the trigger and went to Creative Hot Tub Designs. They had the perfect, small, 2 seater tub that we were looking for and gave us a really good deal. The best part is it was ready for delivery immediately. Unlike most tubs these days that are sold out and back ordered!
Delivery was free and the guys were able to get this tub up a super steep hill into our backyard!

We had an problem with a hot tub that we purchased a few years ago. The technician that came out to fix our issue was named Hana. He was fantastic.
His knowledge level was great. He was incredibly polite. He fixed our problem the same day. I could not have asked for more.

We had our swim spa installed in 2021. We absolutely love it! Everyone was so professional from ordering to installing. Natasha and Andy were great! They were there to answer any questions we had about our new spa. We have Creative hot tubs come out to clean and service our spa every other week. They always do such a good job and leave the water sparkling! We are very happy with our new spa!

These guys are so helpful! No pressure sales and excellent after purchase service. We like their affordable quarterly cleaning so our spa is always crystal clear and keeps our purchases for misc chemicals low. They will also come to check our hot tub when we are traveling to make sure it stays clean when we are not able to be there. We are very happy with the Creative Hot Tub Designs team!

We finally got our Island Santa Cruz, after many delays due to our HOA. Natasha and their team were very easy to work with, and didn't mind the delays due to our HOA. They came to explain everything and fix a few issues which were no big problems, but were very helpful to have handled so quickly and with out any questions. Love the Santa Cruz! Plus the people have made it that much more rewarding. Thanks Natasha and everyone!

From the day we walked into the show room, we have been blown away by the high quality level of customer service. From the salesman (Steven) to the owner (Ellie), we were always treated as a valuable customer and we knew we were in good hands! They answered every question we had along the way, recognized and acknowledged us by name when we walked into the store to pay our final invoice (second time ever seeing us, so I was shocked), and they set up an amazing delivery company who also provided an amazing level of customer service. There is not one thing I would change about our experience with our hot tub purchase!
