Nevada Insurance Agency

In switching insurance coverage, I told the Safeco agent at Nevada Insurance Agency, Nicole Orput, what date I was cancelling and why--she was initially snippy (almost rude) and not helpful, but wrote the policy. Instead of verifying the date with me, her new policy started 10 days later (causing a coverage lapse) and now the DMV is threatening to suspend my registration for the lapse of Insurance.
I am firing Nicole as my agent because not only did she not pay attention to my timeline concerns and the transfer to a new agency, she is incredibly rude, with zero care or concern and has now caused a suspension, and a black mark on my pristine record, not to mention a great deal of trouble for me at the DMV, who will fine me $250 for her incompetence!
I am also filing a complaint with the Division of Insurance/Nevada, this agent is by far, THE WORST agent I've encountered. I am FURIOUS that Nicole is so difficult and nasty, not to mention totally lacking in service or customer care.

Nevada Insurance Agency is always professional, helpful and finds our Real Estate clients the best insurance policies at the best price. Their commercial policies are highly competitive as well.

Wow professionalism and integrity delivered when not necessary. I signed up for insurance through Nicole then found different coverage. Although I forgot to cancel the policy I had through Nicole that I did not need, she sent me an email letting me know I was entitled to a refund and helped me get it.
There are lots of stories about folks getting taken for a ride.
I like to find good stories, Nicole at Nevada Insurance Agency should be looked to for all insurance needs in Nevada!
